The entire web operation for a Dallas haunted house festival โ an early playbook for guerrilla community marketing.
Built on a very limited budget for a previously unsuccessful Dallas haunted house festival: a dynamic site with pages refreshed daily during the event, a custom contact system with strict response-time discipline, an exclusive mailing list club ("R.I.P. All Access") with scavenger hunts and sponsor prizes, a cross-promotion banner exchange, and a 14-album custom photo system that became the major traffic driver.
The festival succeeded. The case study reads like standard practice โ a decade early.
